VITO Client Acquisition / PRIVACY
Privacy policy.
This document explains the data handling of VITO Client Acquisition, a private, operator-managed application. Effective 15 October 2026. Public-facing website content only; application permissions are controlled separately by Google OAuth.
1. Scope and operator
VITO Client Acquisition is operated as a limited-access business research and workflow application. It is not a publicly available self-service SaaS and does not offer a public account registration on this website. For privacy inquiries, contact v3nt3l@gmail.com.
2. Google information this application may access
- Gmail: message and thread information, delivery identifiers, sender/recipient addresses and message content as needed for owner-authorized research, outgoing communication and response tracking. Gmail sending is available only for permitted workflows and subject to operator controls.
- Google Sheets: project-specific sheets and structured operational records used for read-only reference and reconciliation.
- Google Drive: Selected Google Drive files (only those directly authorized through the file picker for reporting).
The application requests permissions through Google OAuth and uses only accounts explicitly connected by their owners. Merely visiting this website does not authorize access.
3. Purposes of use
Google data is used to carry out the connected account holder’s requested business research, record reconciliation, carefully controlled communication and related operational reporting. Historical provider identifiers and workflow records may be retained locally to support auditing, duplicate prevention and accurate attribution.
4. Sharing and limitations
Google user data is not sold and is not used to target advertisements. Google data is not used to develop, improve or train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. Data may be transmitted to Google APIs as necessary to perform authorized functions. Separately connected assistants or external providers are not given access merely by visiting this site; any such processing requires its own authorized configuration and applicable data-use safeguards.
5. Storage, access and retention
The application may keep authorized operational records and local application state under the operator’s control. Access is limited to the operator and specifically authorized collaborators or service providers where needed. Retention depends on legitimate operational, auditing and legal needs; a fixed deletion period is not promised here. To request review or deletion of locally held Google account data, contact the operator at v3nt3l@gmail.com.
6. Revoking authorization
The connected Google Account owner may revoke third-party access through their Google Account security settings. Revocation stops future API access by the affected authorization but does not automatically erase separately stored local business records; contact the operator to request deletion or reconciliation, subject to applicable obligations.
7. Website technology
This is an informational static website. It does not use sign-in forms, account passwords, advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts or custom tracking cookies. The hosting provider may process routine connection information needed to deliver web pages.
8. Policy changes
If the application’s data handling changes, this policy will be updated before the new practice is applied where required. The date at the top shows the policy version.
